Coaching

With individual coaching clients, I begin by conducting an in-depth interview and assessment process, including a comprehensive 360 evaluation, addressing your leadership communication strengths and challenges, culminating in a report and interpretive study which we use as a basis for building an ongoing coaching program together.  Each client’s program is uniquely designed to focus on individual goals and specifically identified development opportunities.

Our initial interview, ideally conducted in-person, but also possible via video conference, is provided cost-free in order to give both the potential coach and coachee a chance to evaluate relationship chemistry and project scope without risk.  If both parties agree to move ahead together, the next steps include the 360 evaluation and the development of a step by step plan for initial work together.  On this basis a contract is created, honed, and signed prior to the beginning of the coaching engagement.  The terms of contract can, and likely will, be adjusted as the coaching relationship unfolds.

As your coach, I look to you to help steer and navigate our coaching voyage together.  I am always seeking your feedback and I am learning as much during the process as you are.  In my book, the coaching process is always two-way.  During my 30 years of coaching experience, I have found the greatest joy and fulfillment comes from helping individuals and teams discover and make constructive steps toward achieving their unique potential in whatever field of leadership endeavor they have chosen to pursue. Whether at the early stages of your career, at mid-stream, or as you approach its culmination, I can help you identify and address your current and ongoing challenges.
